MGMT is an American rock band formed in 2002 in Middletown, Connecticut. It currently consists of Andrew VanWyngarden (lead vocals, guitar, keyboards, bass guitar, drums, percussion) and Ben Goldwasser (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion). In the live lineup it consists of VanWyngarden, Goldwasser, Will Berman (drums, percussion, harmonica, backing vocals), Simon O'Connor (bass guitar, backing vocals), and James Richardson (lead guitar, keyboards, backing vocals).

M83 are a French electronic music project currently based in Los Angeles. The band's primary member[A] is vocalist, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer Anthony Gonzalez. Formed in 2001 in Antibes, France, the band was initially formed as a duo also with Nicolas Fromageau. The band has released seven albums and two soundtracks, including the Grammy Award-nominated Hurry Up, We're Dreaming.
